Congratulations on saying yes to yourself and to your horse. It is my intention to share valuable information with you and teach you easy, experiential exercises that bring ease and flow to your hips right away.
Here’s all the juicy bits you need to know about your workshop...(they're on the way to your inbox right now, too):
1) “The 3 Mistakes That Keep Your Hips Tight and Sore and You Out Of Balance On Your Horse”
This is your DIVE into flowing hips. You’re going to walk away from this workshop with a rare brain-body connection for lasting give in the hips so you can sit happily and quietly as you and your horse cover the ground together.
